Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies for top-tier financial services organizations Support and share knowledge with project teams and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and processes first Manage project teams, deliverables and budgets across workflows Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships Demonstrate how a more flexible workforce can benefit clients Use design-led thinking to improve customer experience Help grow the practice by championing Accenture initiatives and products Stay up-to-date on how new regulations and technologies affect clients’ businesses – and ours Travel as needed per client requirements What you need

3 years’ experience in risk and regulatory management consulting from a competitive firm serving the banking industry 5 years’ experience in risk and regulatory compliance within the banking industry, including thorough knowledge of consumer regulations (UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, TILA, state data privacy laws, etc.) 5 years’ experience in First line Risk and Control, Compliance, or Operational Risk 3 years’ experience in regulatory guidance or compliance domain Bachelor’s degree Bonus points if you know risk operating models, regulatory must-dos, and compliance standards Understanding of compliance process design and re-engineering Engagement and people development skills; capable project manager Familiarity with front- and back-office operations Compensation and benefits
