A weekly email that gives voice to different faith leaders across the country who discuss social justice issues from a faith perspective that reaches more than 4,000 people. English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program

We provide free virtual and in-person instruction for English language learners in greater Boston in collaboration with Jewish Vocational Service (JVS), which has established the standard in Boston for these learning experiences. From 2018 through the end of 2023, we enrolled more than 600 students in the program. Grab & Go meal program

A food preparation and distribution program for people experiencing homelessness and food insecurity in downtown Boston. Spanish Mass

A gathering for the Spanish-speaking community for mass and dinner for immigrants who do not speak English. Newsletter

Includes a weekly spiritual reflection by qualified theologians as well as social justice and event news circulated weekly by email to more than 4,000 followers. Continual learning opportunities

Virtual connection to our subscribers, including increased use of "live" and pre-recorded videos on social media. Responsibilities As a Volunteer Recruitment Specialist for Faith-Based ContentContributors, you will play a crucial role in shaping the content of our communications with our followers and on our website. We currently publish a weekly digital piece called The Weekly Word which features faith leaders’ perspectives on social justice issues, a blog which features stories from our followers about how they put their faith into action, and a weekly spiritual reflection from a faith leader. Our intent is to create space for people of faith to examine social justice issues from a faith-based perspective, and to give voice to faith leaders and individuals who put their faith into action. Your responsibilities will include: Talent Scouting Identify and engage with writers, bloggers, spiritual leaders, and content creators who can contribute thought-provoking faith-based articles. See our blog for past articles. Community Building Cultivate relationships with faith-based communities, organizations, and individuals to expand our network of contributors. Collaboration Collaborate closely with our editorial team to ensure that content aligns with our platform's mission and values. Support and Guidance Provide guidance and support to prospective contributors, helping them create impactful content. Promotion Assist in promoting and sharing published articles to maximize their reach and impact.
