Responsible for overall site operations, including NPI launch & transfer, delivery metrics, quality, cost, customer satisfaction, etc. Continuous organization development (people, system, facility, etc.) to meet customer demand or business growth Bridge communication and facilitate project launch among all customers Work with customers to strategize & implement high level initiatives & focuses Business exploration and advanced technologies development, inclusive automation initiatives Responsible for factory P/L. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes QualificationsEducation
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract manufacturing Extensive experience on SMT/ PCMA/SI products is desirable Skills
Good personnel management and communication skills Strong leadership and coordination capabilities Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one Monitoring/Assessing performance of self, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures Seniority level
