What you will do We are seeking a Director of Oracle Business Operations to lead our Oracle Cloud ERP environment with end-to-end accountability for its strategic roadmap, operational support, and integration landscape. This cross-functional leadership role will drive the stability, scalability, and optimization of our global Oracle platform across Finance, Operations, and system integrations. You will lead a team of analysts, developers, and third-party partners to ensure our Oracle architecture supports current needs while scaling with our fast-paced, international business. This position is critical to aligning enterprise systems with business outcomes, and ensuring our financial systems are audit-ready, integration-resilient, and continuously improving. Own the Oracle Cloud ERP roadmap, including Finance, integrations (OIC), and future-state platform evolution. Partner with the Finance Leadership Team, IT, and cross-functional leaders to ensure systems support business goals, global growth, and compliance requirements (SOX, tax, multi-GAAP). Lead ERP governance and intake processes, balancing stability and innovation. Lead the ownership of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, ensuring the system enables accurate, timely, and compliant execution of key processes. Oversee the configuration and ongoing optimization of General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management in alignment with evolving business requirements and global regulatory needs. Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT on all Oracle Cloud ERP-related initiatives, translating financial and operational requirements into scalable system solutions. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Reporting and Treasury teams to drive automation of close processes, reporting workflows, and reconciliation routines. Ensure high system reliability and data integrity by managing the support process for finance-related issues and enhancement requests, including root cause analysis, prioritization, and resolution. Collaborate with technical teams to guide the design and maintenance of integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and other systems (e.g., commissions, payroll, banking, external tax engines). Oversee Oracle system health checks, testing cycles, and release readiness from a finance operations perspective, including regression testing, impact analysis, and internal user enablement. Maintain strong internal controls by ensuring system configurations and process designs meet SOX, audit, and global compliance standards. Champion continuous improvement of finance systems architecture, data flow, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making and scalability. Ensure proper documentation, training, and knowledge transfer across finance users to support self-service, standardization, and adoption of system capabilities. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

Serve as the business partner and escalation point across Finance, Operations, and Infrastructure teams. Align system capabilities with evolving business needs across the U.S. and international entities. Coordinate vendor relationships and Oracle service escalations. Team Leadership & Development

Manage a blended team of internal staff, contractors, and external consultants across functional and technical domains. Mentor team members in ERP best practices, integration techniques, and stakeholder engagement. Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Governance, Change & Continuous Improvement

Define best practices for testing, change control, documentation, deployment, and support procedures. Lead or contribute to enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives. Prepare the platform and team for new Oracle Cloud releases, patches, and system upgrades. Other duties as assigned. What you will bring

10+ years of experience managing ERP systems, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience leading cross-functional teams supporting financial systems, integrations, and production support. Proven ability to design and maintain complex ERP architectures, including cloud and on-premise hybrid models. Strong understanding of financial operations: P2P, O2C, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and month-end close cycles. Experience supporting global operations, multi-currency/multi-entity systems, and audit readiness (e.g., SOX). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience in real estate, agent-based businesses, or public company environments. Preferred: Familiarity with OCI, Boomi, NetSuite, or other middleware platforms. What You\'ll Get
