Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and assist in emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to deter unauthorized access and disturbances. Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance issues, and unusual observations according to site protocols. Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and property management to address concerns and provide assistance as needed. Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while performing assigned duties. What You’ll Do

Use the proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites. Support operations across environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education. Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams. Deliver a consistent, professional security presence and customer service. Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise. What We’re Looking For

Availability across various days and shifts. Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments. A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company. Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available. Minimum Requirements

Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to provide proof as required by the client. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
