We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Lead/Architect to design, implement, scale, secure and manage resilient infrastructure solutions. This role shapes the strategic direction of IT infrastructure and leads modernization initiatives across cloud, network, data center, end-user compute, workplace productivity and AI environments. What You Will Do
Architecture & Strategy: Design and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure architecture. Define infrastructure standards, roadmaps, and best practices. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies. Act as a technical advisor to senior leadership. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional infrastructure teams and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate with application, security, and business teams to align infrastructure with organizational needs. Project Delivery: Lead infrastructure projects including cloud migrations, upgrades, and transformations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Drive change management to ensure adoption. Operations & Optimization: Oversee performance, availability, scalability and security of infrastructure systems. Drive automation, monitoring, and proactive maintenance. Manage vendor relationships and SLAs. Who You Are And What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with 3-5 years in architecture or leadership. Cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Virtualization (VMware, Nutanix). Networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Firewalls). Storage and backup solutions. Modernization practices (Infrastructure as Code, CMDB, IT Asset Management). Workplace Productivity Solutions (Microsoft, Jira, JAMA). End Point Solutions (Windows, Mac, SmartDevices). ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management). GenAI Deployment (CoPilot, Code Assistant, GenAI development frameworks). Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Problem solving with root-cause focus; excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management. Preferred Certifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Architect Expert Cisco CCNP/CCIE or equivalent VMware VCP ITIL Foundation or higher The base salary range for this position varies by location and may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits.
