Provides leadership, direction, and support to Unit Managers, Chefs, and employees for the successful operation of the restaurant. Performs duties as assigned by the Airport Operations Manager. 2-4 years of general management experience in casual dining with a full-service bar Background in people supervision, business management, communication, and listening skills Strong P&L management skills and growth mindset High-energy, outgoing personality with a track record of developing top talent Natural coach, team builder, and inspirer Critical thinking and decision-making skills Ability to delegate and follow through Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, sanitation, alcohol, and security procedures Requirements
Recruit, hire, and develop top talent Use training tools to ensure team confidence and success Implement systems to drive operational excellence Increase sales through entrepreneurial and guest-focused approaches Stand and walk for up to 10 hours; reach, bend, wipe as needed Adhere strictly to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines Hear guests and staff needs amidst background noise Benefits
