Assist in planning and implementing priority programs across the organization. Coordinate with regional bureaus, program agencies, offices, and posts to perform administrative and operational tasks. Handle data analysis, record keeping, research, and provide support for organizational projects. Maintain close working relationships with day-to-day office activities; confirm and prioritize project plans and deliverables with supervisors and stakeholders. Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations) preferred but not required. 1–2 years of experience in program administration, operations, or related field. Exposure to U.S. foreign affairs agencies and/or international organizations is preferred. Required Skills and Competencies
Ability to interact with diverse cultures in a sensitive manner. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint). Ability to learn and work with database applications and software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent teamwork and relationship-building skills. Desired Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of global internet access and research capabilities. Foreign language skills. Familiarity with program administration, oversight, and monitoring procedures.
