This is a North America-based role with opportunities to work cross-functionally across the Americas, Europe and APAC. The opportunity is ideal for a results-driven sales leader who engages with C-suite executives, builds go-to-market strategies for enterprise clients, and creates value-driven solutions aligned with partners’ strategic objectives. Responsibilities

Drive Enterprise Growth: Own and exceed revenue targets within a defined territory of top-tier brands, cultivating deep relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Strategic Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities with Fortune 500 and high-growth enterprise clients. Complex Sales Leadership: Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement to close, navigating complex organizational structures and decision-making processes. Consultative Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client growth strategies and industry trends to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions. Go-To-Market Execution: Collaborate with pre-sales, product marketing, and client services to design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, compelling pitch decks, and data-driven business cases. Insightful Communication: Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders using industry expertise and analytics. Market Thought Leadership: Represent Flywheel at industry events and client meetings, positioning the company as a growth partner. Data-Driven Decision Making: Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting; use data to inform strategies and optimize client outcomes. Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless hand-off and ongoing client success post-sale. Qualifications

Proven Enterprise Sales Leader:

7+ years’ experience selling mid-market or enterprise solutions to large organizations, with a track record of exceeding targets (retail media/CPG experience a plus). C-Suite Relationship Builder:

Skilled at engaging with executives and senior stakeholders, guiding complex, consultative sales processes. Industry Expert:

Deep understanding of industry trends and needs of sophisticated brands in North America. Strategic & Analytical:

Able to build go-to-market strategies, extract insights from data (Excel proficiency required), and translate trends into actionable recommendations. Business Acumen:

Commercially savvy with a solutions-oriented mindset; able to articulate Flywheel’s differentiated value. Exceptional Communicator:

Persuasive and comfortable presenting to senior audiences; skilled at crafting business cases. Entrepreneurial & Driven:

Proactive, resilient, and adept at navigating ambiguity; willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver results. Organized & Detail-Oriented:

Strong project management and prioritization skills with accountability for results. Collaborative Team Player:
