Title: Mobile Software Engineer (iOS/Android) Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Month Contract (with potential for extension) Compensation: $55.00-$69.00/hr Work Requirements: Holders or authorized to work in the U.S. Skillset / Experience: Mobile Software Engineer We are seeking a skilled Mobile Software Engineer to support the development of next-generation applications that enable new experiences through advanced media capture and AI-powered features. This role involves working on a high-visibility product suite with smart glasses and AI-first consumer devices, collaborating with cross-functional teams including hardware, UX, and AI research. Required Skills & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain native Android and/or iOS apps that integrate with wearable smart devices Develop robust APIs/services for syncing data between mobile platforms and hardware Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and build new features Optimize app performance, scalability, and battery efficiency Write clean, maintainable code with documentation and test coverage Conduct debugging and cross-platform testing Prioritize UX, performance, and code maintainability Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Swift, or Objective-C Experience integrating mobile applications with hardware (e.g., Bluetooth, sensors) Familiarity with Python and C++ for hardware/software integration Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AR/VR platforms (ARKit, ARCore, Unity) Background in integrating AI or ML features into mobile applications Familiarity with camera systems and real-time sensor data Low-level optimization experience for mobile performance Our benefits package includes: Comprehensive medical benefits Competitive pay 401(k) retirement plan And much more!
