What The Role Entails
Position Overview: We seek a skilled AI Software Engineer to develop and implement AI solutions for Tencent's overseas game studios, enhancing game development and operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities: The candidate will work in an agile team, utilizing technologies like Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLM to design AI services/solutions, including fine-tuning LLMs and designing AI Agent Systems with frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph. This role requires onsite work in Palo Alto, CA, full-time (40 hours/week), collaborating with the product and R&D teams and internal customers in North America.

Requirements
Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
Proficiency in AI/ML, Deep Learning, LLM, RAG.
Knowledge of open-source AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI.
Proficiency in Python development.
Knowledge of Git, Jenkins.
About Tencent Overseas IT and Cloud CoE: Tencent Overseas IT leads global IT strategy, architecture, and execution to support Tencent’s international growth. The Cloud Center of Excellence focuses on providing infrastructure and best practices for Tencent’s overseas game studios, enabling cloud and on-premises solutions for game production and runtime workloads.
This position is based in Palo Alto, CA, with a salary range of $70,000 to $162,800 annually, plus potential benefits such as sign-on bonuses, relocation, stock units, and comprehensive health and retirement plans. Benefits are location and employment status dependent.
