Senior HVAC Installer

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Senior HVAC Installer! We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a solid mechanical background and extensive experience in HVAC/R systems installation. In this critical role, you will work on a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring top-notch performance and exceptional customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential settings while showcasing your expertise in ductwork, equipment change-outs, low voltage and high voltage wiring, and basic HVAC troubleshooting. Duties Expertly install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Knowledgeable in gas systems, dual fuels, and heat pumps. Diagnose issues related to HVAC/R systems, providing effective solutions. Collaborate with team members to design and implement tailored HVAC solutions to meet customer needs. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while maintaining a clean work environment. Safely drive the company van to job sites, transporting tools and equipment as necessary. Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC/R installation or field service. Familiarity with air conditioning systems, boiler operations, and appliance repair is a plus. Adept at reading and interpreting schematics related to HVAC systems. Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; capable of operating a company van safely. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry advancements.
