This role demands a deep understanding of finance operations and technology to ensure the delivery of successful outcomes and measurable improvements in finance processes. The ideal candidate will have a blend of project management experience, strategic thinking, operational expertise, and change-management skills, with a proven track record in leading large-scale ERP system implementations.
Key responsibilities for this role include developing integration plans, timelines, and milestones, directing workstream activities, and driving key decisions throughout the execution of projects. The role also involves extensive collaboration with the finance leadership team, IT, and other functional areas to ensure system integration and alignment of strategy. The candidate should be adept at coaching and developing a team, fostering a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a CPA or MBA. The candidate should have over 15 years' of experience in financial operations, technology, and transformation, with a strong background in cloud-based ERP systems and external integration partners. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is a passion for data and technology in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
