We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized Automotive Dealership Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing dealership operations, overseeing administrative duties, and ensuring smooth financial processes. This position is critical to the overall efficiency of our dealership, with responsibilities ranging from handling financial records to supervising office staff. ***** $22-$30 an hour based on experience. Financial ***** Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, deposits, and processing of vehicle purchases and sales.
Staff ***** Lead, motivate, and train office staff, ensuring productivity and teamwork across departments.
Customer ***** Serve as a point of contact for any financial or administrative customer concerns, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Inventory ***** Oversee the accurate documentation and accounting of inventory, including vehicles, parts, and supplies.
Vendor ***** Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring that products and services are delivered on time and meet dealership requirements.
Operational ***** Assist with implementing policies and procedures to streamline daily operations and improve efficiency. ***** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably in an automotive dealership environment. Strong knowledge of dealership operations, financial reporting, and budgeting. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, DealerTrack) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work well under pressure, with a positive attitude and a solutions-driven approach. High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Why Join Us?
