Position Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between customers and the company, providing essential information and managing clerical and administrative tasks for daily business functions while supporting various departments, as a Customer Service Representative
Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns
Provide assistance with special requests, utilizing specialized software to validate store orders, process orders, and take inbound calls
Deliver consistent service to restaurants through ongoing training initiatives, ensuring they receive the support necessary for success
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
