Job DescriptionJob Description REQUIREMENT: Senior UX Designer User-Centered Web & Application Design for Public Education Austin, Texas (Hybrid)--- Only Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

8 years of Experience in software product development, digital design, UX/UI, or related field

8 years of Designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices

8 years Experience conducting user and usability research

5 years Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills

5 years Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills

4 years of Direct experience leading large-scale UX/UI efforts

4-year Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field

3 years Experience ensuring designs and websites meet federal accessibility guidelines.

1 year Portfolio of user research, visual design, and usability studies showing professionalism.

:

3 years of Experience with Atlassian Jira.

2 years of Experience working with TEA or another state/local education agency.

Specific Skills:

UX/UI design and wireframing (Figma or similar tools).

User research and usability testing.

Accessibility compliance (Section 508/WCAG).

Strong written and verbal communication.

Requirements gathering and documentation.

Process analysis and workflow design.

Agile/Scrum collaboration.

Jira for project tracking ().
