Job Summary: The Skeletal Conditions Director of FP&A is a strategic partner to the business unit, responsible for identifying, assessing and supporting initiatives that drive sustainable growth. This role is responsible for full Profit & Loss (P&L) management, including leading global revenue planning and consolidation of global expenses. u00A0This role will serve as the FP&A lead for the Skeletal Conditions Asset Teams and the Integrated Brand Team, working cross-functionally with marketing, commercial, access, medical and development to ensure decisions support business unit and enterprise objectives. u00A0 Key Responsibilities: u2022 u00A0 u00A0Leads financial planning processes (i.e. LRP, AOP, Forecast) for the business unit, partnering closely with cross-functional partners to ensure well-informed and analytically supported assumptions u2022 u00A0 u00A0Leads the assessment and communication of monthly results and quarterly outlook for BU Leadership u2022 u00A0 u00A0Partners with BU Leadership, IR and global FP&A to develop insights and messaging for quarterly results and forward-looking guidance u2022 u00A0 u00A0Delivers robust analytical insights to support various business needs including product launch scenarios, geographic expansion strategies and portfolio optimization u2022 u00A0 u00A0Promotes strong financial acumen within the Asset Team and Integrated Brand Team, ensuring that the appropriate finance input is considered in all key decisions u2022 u00A0 u00A0Develops and implement financial models and analytical tools to support business planning and performance management u2022 u00A0 u00A0Develops and supports two direct reports u00A0 Qualifications: u2022 u00A0 u00A0BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred u2022 u00A0 u00A0Proven experience in commercial finance and revenue planning; industry experience preferred u2022 u00A0 u00A0Ability to triangulate a wide variety of data sets and analytics (e.g. market research, competitive events, prescriptions, epidemiology, patient flow, etc.) to inform forecasting and financial impacts u2022 u00A0 u00A0Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional and global teams u2022 u00A0 u00A0Excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills u2022 u00A0 u00A0Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders u2022 u00A0 u00A0Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools Note: This description is not intended to be all-inclusive, or a limitation of the duties of the position.
