Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) Supervises:
Case Managers, Direct Care Staff, Education Liaison, Recreation/Enrichment Facilitator, and other assigned program staff Purpose:
The Program Director is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of residential program services at Epiphany Soul. This role ensures that all program activities align with the treatment model, comply with accreditation standards, and meet the unique needs of youth ages 11–17 who have experienced trafficking, abuse, or exploitation. Responsibilities
Oversee daily program operations to ensure safe, trauma-informed, and therapeutic care. Supervise and support Case Managers, Direct Care Staff, Education Liaison, and Enrichment staff. Ensure integration of the evidence-informed Treatment Model into all services. Monitor program compliance with accrediting organizations requirements. Participate in CQI processes, including data review, outcome analysis, and program improvement activities. Collaborate with the Treatment Director to ensure clinical fidelity and integration of therapeutic practices. Facilitate staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development. Support family engagement, community partnerships, and youth empowerment initiatives. Report directly to the LCCA on program performance, safety issues, and staffing needs. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or related field, or related field (Master’s) Minimum of three years’ experience in residential care or child welfare, with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and child welfare best practices. Familiarity with Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C), HHSC licensing standards, COA, and CARF requirements Current or ability to obtain Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) certification within 90 days of hire At least two years of supervisory experience in a treatment setting Pay:
