Lead day-to-day operations of a larger community (60-65 units with two product lines, or 65-175 units with up to two product lines). Oversee associate relations, resident and resident family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Develop and execute the business plan and lead a team to create a preferred senior living community, growing revenue and profitability in partnership with the district team. Drive sales results in partnership with the sales team. Create an inclusive community culture that provides high-quality resident experiences and care, engaging residents, families, and associates. Manage operations within the community, including budgeting, staffing, and regulatory adherence. Empower department leaders, supervise staff, ensure appropriate staffing, recruit and develop associates, and address issues proactively. Maintain resident satisfaction and retention, manage renewals, and partner with Resident Council. Oversee admissions, healthcare management, and resident documentation, ensuring service plan reviews comply with legal requirements. Drive revenue enhancement while meeting Company policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with sales to meet occupancy and revenue targets, develop leads, and build relationships with local influencers. Ensure property standards through preventative maintenance and regular inspections. Comply with current Company policies, procedures, and licensing requirements. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor\'s Degree required. Minimum of three years of related operational leadership experience required. Additional years of experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis. Certifications, Licenses: Must have a valid administrator license in states where required. Must have a valid driver\'s license and access to a private vehicle for business use. Knowledge and Skills
Advanced knowledge of the organization, industry, and a functional discipline. Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective written and oral communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft software preferred. Ability to delegate appropriately and drive results. Physical Demands and Working Conditions
