Director, Business Development – Eastern U.S. Location: New York City Compensation: base $140,000–$150,000 + uncapped, performance-based commission This is a high-impact, individual contributor role — drive enterprise growth across the Eastern U.S. for a rapidly growing, high-touch corporate services organization serving Fortune 500–1000 clients across industries including banking/financial services, insurance, legal, and technology. Key Responsibilities
Hunt for New Business – Proactively identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities with new enterprise clients. Lead Complex Sales Cycles – Manage multi-stakeholder deals from initial outreach through contract execution. Engage Executive Leaders – Build trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers using a consultative, solution-driven approach. Develop Market Presence – Build and manage a strong pipeline within targeted industries and territories to accelerate growth. Collaborate Nationally – Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions and contribute to enterprise sales strategy. Ideal Candidate Profile
8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in managed services, facilities, high-touch hospitality, or related sectors. Proven success driving new business and exceeding sales targets. Expertise in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Confident executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust at the C-suite level.
