The Role The

Director of Product, Commercial Strategy

will drive the commercial success of Solera’s product portfolio, serving as the bridge between high-level strategy and go-to-market (GTM) execution.

This highly cross-functional leader will build business cases, craft GTM narratives, define packaging and pricing, and develop sales enablement tools that help our teams win. The role requires a balance of hands-on execution, financial acumen, and strategic storytelling—as well as the ability to lead through influence across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product.

What You’ll Do

Market Discovery & Business Case Development

– Lead market and client discovery to identify and validate opportunities. Build and own business cases, including financial modeling, market sizing, and strategic justification.

– Translate insights into compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging. Create and champion GTM narratives that resonate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Sales Enablement

– Develop core sales tools—including pitch decks, ROI calculators, and competitive battle cards—that equip Sales with winning assets.

Demonstrated success managing and commercializing B2B products for business buyers.

Able to connect market insights with strategy and craft innovative commercialization approaches.
