Role Social Media Predator
The Max Brand Social team is looking for a hands-on video editor to create content for Max and our brand social ecosystem. This role involves high-volume content creation across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and more. You will work alongside a diverse team of creators using a large library of proprietary assets to create engaging social content. Key Responsibilities:
Edit video footage into high-quality content for various social media platforms, including shortform (e.g., reels) and longform (e.g., mashups).
Light color correction, sound editing, and basic graphic work.
Optimize videos for various platforms and devices.
Quality control and ensure final files are delivered without error.
Concept, pitch, and create unique video assets.
See approved concepts from ideation to execution.
Organize and maintain assets within a pre-existing storage/archive infrastructure.
Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
Deliver highly engaging and error-free video content.
Keep up-to-date with the latest video trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in video editing (preferably in social content creation for an entertainment brand).
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro and/or AVID) and familiarity with other Adobe suite (Photoshop, After Effects).
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and timing.
Expertise in social media and pop culture. Basic familiarity with color grading and sound editing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Passion for the entertainment industry.
A portfolio showcasing your best work in video editing/content creation.

In compliance with local law, compensation is disclosed where required. Base pay is a component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package. Pay Range: $48,994.00 - $90,990.00 per year. Other rewards may include bonuses and incentives. The company provides benefits including health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, paid holidays, sick time, and vacation.
