Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr PO Box 5050, Livermore, CA 94551 - (925) 373-8370 Fax (925) 373-8379 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including sewer systems, water pipelines, storm drains, pump stations, water tanks, and water and sewer treatment plants. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Manage the planning, execution, and completion of projects from conception to delivery. Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety standards. Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, permits, and environmental impact assessments. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project progression. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects, ensuring cost-effective sourcing. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and project progress reports. Ensure quality control and performance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering or infrastructure industry. Proven experience managing large-scale projects involving sewer, water, storm drain systems, pump stations, and treatment plants. Strong knowledge of project management tools and software. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Physical Requirements
