This role can be located at our Knoxville, Tennessee or Englewood, Colorado facility. Overview Beehive Industries is looking for an energetic and driven Material Fulfillment Director to work cross functionally with engineering, supply chain, operations, and leadership teams to ensure the successful execution of production and development programs. This role is critical to managing schedules, mitigating risks and ensuring delivery on time to our customers. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of aerospace production processes, supply chain logistics, and MRP/ERP systems. This role will be in our Knoxville, Tennessee facility. What You’ll Do

Develop and manage master production schedules based on customer demand, inventory targets, and capacity constraints Responsible for end-to-end delivery of hardware to assembly operations and ensuring on time delivery to our customer Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure seamless production flow and material availability Monitor daily production performance and adjust schedules to address delays, material shortages, or quality issues Implement and maintain production control systems, and digital predictive order fulfillment process tools Analyze production data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements Manage and mentor a team of production control analysts Collaborate with procurement and logistics to align outbound shipments and customer delivery schedules Collaborate with systems teams to create predictive analytic tools to mitigate supply chain and operational disruptions Own the fulfillment operational dashboard creation to visualize on time delivery, on time starts, depth to delay of schedule Coordinate with the operations teams on sales and operation planning build plan changes Act as key escalation point for operations and supply chain teams and work with manufacturing programs counterparts to understand schedule impact risk Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 8+ years of experience in production control or manufacturing planning in the aerospace or defense industry Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP and MES systems Working knowledge of AS9100, DoD regulations and quality systems in an aerospace context Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative Quick learner and can strategically prioritize work The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance Compensation & Benefits Salary range: Colorado Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act applies. The salary range for this position is $104,903-$176,175 base salary. Wages are a general guideline and may vary based on scope, responsibilities, experience, education, and market conditions when extending an offer.
