A leading company in the pharmacy benefit management space is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join their software engineering team, supporting the development of a robust, data visualization platform for internal and external clients. The BSA will translate business requirements into functional user stories, collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams, and contribute to successful implementation in a fast-paced Agile environment. The BSA will own the backlog and support user adoption through training materials and documentation. Responsibilities

Own the backlog and stay ahead of the development team in a fast-paced Agile environment. Contribute to user adoption through training materials and documentation. Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role Strong background in Business Intelligence and Analytics Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements Ability to write clear, actionable user stories for Agile development Familiarity with BI tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) Experience writing SQL queries Experience with Jira for backlog management and scrum ceremonies Experience with Confluence for documentation Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, developers, and end users Experience with Apache Superset Familiarity with healthcare or PBM industry null Equal Opportunity Statement
