Job Description Summary The Commercial Lead for Payment Services is responsible for developing and leading the delivery of a multi-year growth strategy and go-to-market approach. This leader will report to the Senior Director of PSP Commercial and collaborate with senior members of product, engineering, finance, legal, sales, corporate strategy, and analytics to achieve objectives for the Optimization and Orchestration Suite of products for PayPal Enterprise Payments. The ideal candidate will establish financial and operating goals and influence stakeholders toward those goals.
Essential Responsibilities
Inputs to product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders aligned with the shared product vision.
Implements the architectural roadmap balancing innovative design, regulatory requirements, time-to-market, customer needs, and product profitability.
Incorporates customer experience and needs into product requirements and decision making.
Monitors metrics to inform product success, including usability studies, research, and market analysis.
Manages one or more workstreams (analytics, customer discovery, market research, competitive analysis) to drive data-driven decisions.
Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
Participates in operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability (Product, Operating, and Business Reviews) and interfaces with product leadership as needed.
Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and UX researchers.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is
$152,500 to $262,350 . The total compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For more information, visit https://www.paypalbenefits.com.
Work Model For the majority of employees, PayPal offers a balanced hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote or at a PayPal office.
