RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy seeks a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary team. You will supervise line therapists, complete assessments, write reports, and collaborate with families, other therapists, and school teams. BCBAs provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs, and collaborate with BTs to support client success. Location:

Full Time Salary:
$75,000-$87,000 annually, based on years of experience $10,000 Sign on Bonus RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time BCBA to join a fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary team. We are passionate about providing excellent care, from applied behavior analysis (ABA) to physical, occupational, and speech therapy. In this role, you’ll work with pediatric patients from birth up to 21 years old. This position requires supervision of line therapists, completion of assessments and reports, and collaboration with families, other therapists, and school teams. BCBAs provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs. BCBAs play an integral role in collaboration with BTs to support client success. Responsibilities
Complete and maintain required trainings and maintain compliance with government regulations Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress and medical necessity Review and adhere to policies & procedures manual Create behavior intervention plans based on functional behavioral assessments and define and track behavior in observable and measurable terms Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients Qualifications
