Plan projects and oversee progress. Responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling. Responsibilities
Scheduling subcontractors, vendors and consultants Maintaining compliance and quality control Communicating with project team regarding ASI's, RFI's and Material submittals Coordinate inspections Lead for permits and approvals Daily walk throughs Lead pre-construction meetings Qualifications
Extensive experience managing projects from start to finish Strong leadership and mentoring experience Proficient with construction, building management and maintenance software preferred Ability to read blueprints and physically must be able to lift in excess of 75 pounds 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification; 30-Hour OSHA preferred Master Search Solutions is a direct hire recruiting firm that specializes in the New Jersey marketplace.
