Lead strategy and defenses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, litigation, enforcement actions, and overlapping civil matters globally. Develop factual narratives relating to matters, including overseeing the production of information for external submissions and disclosures. Provide legal advice on government and regulatory matters. Manage a team. Minimum qualifications
JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience. Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in the state where the position is located. 10 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm. Experience in managing a team. Experience engaging with regulators, such as States AG, FTC, DOJ, and global authorities. Preferred qualifications
15 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm. Experience litigating complex matters with a global docket, including resolving multi-jurisdictional regulatory and civil matters. Experience working with technology companies and ability to understand complex technical issues. Experience working with public company boards and their counsel, including special committees and audit committees. Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, problem solving, and investigative skills. Excellent attention to detail, with a bias for action and integrity. About the job As a Regulatory and Litigation Senior Counsel Manager, you’ll join a US-based team that leads global strategy for defending the company in responses to governments and regulators. You will manage a team of lawyers, defining a global defense strategy, conducting investigations, representing the company in regulatory engagements, and leading regulatory enforcement matters and overlapping private civil litigation. Note: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $266,000-$374,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range is based on location and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
