Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is the foodservice division of Unilever, delivering products and solutions to chefs across operator groups in over 70 countries. The Operator Marketing team collaborates with sales, culinary and marketing to identify operator insights, address pain points, and design value-added solutions to drive growth for customers and the business. What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

The Associate Operator Marketing Manager – Retail Foodservice & Non-Comm will be part of the Go-to-Market team responsible for growth in priority operator groups. You will work with sales & culinary to deliver value-added solutions, focusing on operator group insights, content relevancy, and the needs of Diners and Chefs. You will manage the end-to-end operator journey and deliver business targets aligned to the operator group and relevant categories. Responsibilities by focus area Insights on key operator groups:

Deep understanding of the foodservice landscape, diner and operator group needs; translate insights into an end-to-end execution plan from design to marketplace landing; strong analytical mindset to define solutions and communicate across stakeholders. Demand Creation: Retail Foodservice & Non-Commercial Operator Groups:

Customize master brand campaign content; develop tools/assets for the sales team; collaborate with culinary to deliver menu inspiration; create operator group-specific content for digital touchpoints; support efforts to grow contactable operator database. Operator Engagement:

Be a core member of Go-to-Market squads; support capabilities presentations, customer marketing meetings and ideation sessions; bring marketing solutions to joint business planning discussions with end-to-end accountability for marketing activities aligned with success metrics. What You’ll Need To Succeed

4-year college degree in marketing, business or culinary 3+ years of experience in foodservice or relevant corporate; sales experience a plus Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and engage with customers Strong project management, presentation skills and business acumen Proficiency with systems (Salesforce.com, Power BI) Passion for results and interest in the food industry What We Can Offer You

Pay range: $86,080 to $129,120. Bonus eligible. LTI eligible.
