The Team: Risk & Regulatory - ERP Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) & Internal Control Automation Solutions Our team combines seasoned professionals with public accounting experience and business consultants with industry expertise. We help clients navigate internal audit, risk, and compliance activities, addressing a broad range of business needs. Your Impact Lead risk advisory engagements from planning to reporting, supervising consultants. Apply current IT trends and risks to identify technology-enabled opportunities for clients. Identify internal control issues within ERP environments and design mitigation solutions. Understand core ERP processes and suggest efficiencies and control improvements. Document and summarize ERP internal controls testing results for management reporting. Assist clients in redesigning ERP risk management and technical controls for compliance. Contribute to team growth and develop thought leadership materials. Participate in business development and staff training activities. Analyze client environments, including technology strategy and processes. Develop strategies for technology solutions, including architecture, migration, and security. Design and implement automation solutions across platforms. What Do You Need to Succeed? Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years’ experience in ERP, automation, and data analytics, preferably in professional services or internal audit. Experience in a public accounting firm. Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent. Knowledge of ERP security and controls best practices. Hands-on experience with low-code RPA, AI, or data analytics tools. Expertise in ERP applications like SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, or Workday. Ability to lead workshops and gather requirements. Understanding of software development lifecycles, including Agile and Waterfall. Problem-solving skills for data and process issues. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or related field. Willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in AI/ML solutions development. Programming skills in Python, SQL, or R. Certifications or experience with Alteryx, PowerBi, UiPath. ERP security assessment and GRC tool implementation experience. Seniority level
