Senior Product Manager

to shape the future of our portfolio of corporate occupier products (Visual Lease, CoStar Real Estate Manager, and new products you will build). The role delivers seamless customer experiences through strong technical collaboration, subject matter expertise, thoughtful prioritization, and a relentless focus on data quality. You will lead end-to-end development (in collaboration with Product Owners, Designers and Engineers) of innovative solutions that support lease portfolio strategy, real estate transaction management, lease administration and accounting compliance for thousands of companies worldwide. You will thrive solving complex integration challenges, unlocking new value for customers and partners, and leading through influence in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time onsite position based in Metropark, NJ or Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities

Strategic Vision for your Product Area(s):

Shape where we’re headed and why it matters. Craft a north-star vision for your product areas that is ambitious yet achievable, improves the SaaS experience for customers, and meets obligations for shareholders and executives.

Predict shifts in customer needs, market trends and technology; envision how the product will evolve over time and communicate it clearly.

Define and articulate the

value proposition

including key benefits and differentiators; align with internal resources.

Understand company goals and set clear, measurable objectives related to revenue, user acquisition, market share, and retention.

Determine and allocate the

resources

(budget, personnel, technology) required to execute the strategy.

Become the undisputed business expert for your area(s) and share the product vision with internal teams, senior leaders, customers, partners, and prospects supported by documentation such as business cases and designs.

Market Research & Stakeholder Input for your Product Area(s):

Understand customer needs, pain points, desires and expectations by engaging with customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders. Use tools (e.g., Pendo) and resources (support cases, round tables) to identify problem or opportunity areas.

Understand the market landscape, competitive or complementary products and services, and existing/target customers.

Assess product-market fit and anticipate threats from regulations, competition, or technology shifts that could impact the product suite.

Stay informed on industry trends in Corporate Real Estate & Accounting.

Own Your Roadmap

Identify modules, features, or initiatives

from the backlog that improve product-market fit and drive revenue growth, adoption or retention.

Partner with Product Owners to assess impact, goals, technical feasibility, and resource availability for each initiative.

Own

a transparent, outcome-oriented

roadmap

that is prioritized and regularly updated as new information is uncovered.

Participate in technical discussions with Engineering, validate timelines for feature development and release, and present the roadmap to stakeholders and clients.

Partner daily

with Designers and Product Owners to translate business needs into feasible requirements; approve final designs aligning with business goals.

Maintain a continuous feedback loop with customers, partners, and internal SMEs; use prototypes, A/B tests, and interviews to validate before building.

Iterate quickly with an emphasis on speed while maintaining quality and accountability; leverage AI tooling to accelerate research and analysis without sacrificing accuracy.

Ensure new functionality provides a seamless user experience, complies with regulations, and maintains high security standards.

Collaborate with Product Marketing to meet adoption and utilization goals through advocacy, training, feedback, and iteration.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university or college

5+ years of digital Product Management experience (or adjacent industry experience) with a track record of delivering software products

Experience partnering with product owners and engineering teams to build, test, and launch features

Experience collaborating with design to balance product goals and customer experience

Ability to translate product ideas into wireframes, mock-ups, workflows, or journey maps

Experience using SQL, Google Analytics, FullStory, PowerBI, Pendo or similar analytics tools

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

A track record of commitment to prior employers

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience or equivalent

Experience planning and launching A/B or multivariate experiments

Experience in commercial real estate, equipment leasing, or financial accounting

Experience integrating enterprise applications into broader solutions with data interoperability

Familiarity with data-powered consumer experiences

A passion for new technologies, such as AI, to enhance platform capabilities

Experience using research tools like LogRocket, Maze, UserTesting, UserZoom, Dovetail, and Pendo

Ability to move quickly on ideas and see projects to completion
