Overview
Project Manager, Content and Integrity Operations, Graphic Content – Meta This role involves managing and delivering operational projects within the Global Operations Integrity Operations Team to support safe experiences for Meta’s communities. The team focuses on preventing online and real-world harm by building scalable support systems and cross-functional collaboration to improve process, policy, and product related to content integrity, including potentially graphic or objectionable material. Responsibilities
Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working with global cross-functional teams to implement improvements in process, policy, and product that enhance community experiences Manage day-to-day Exploitation operations against quality and efficiency targets in a fast-paced environment Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and recommend operational improvements Apply problem-solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems Lead investigations and resolve escalated issues regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex problems and ensure community safety Build cross-functional partnerships to develop better solutions for the community and users Develop an in-depth understanding of Exploitation issues and their impact on the community Address sensitive content issues, including graphic images, videos, writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material Potential exposure to graphic and/or objectionable content (e.g., graphic images, videos, audio, writings; may include sensitive material such as child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, etc.) Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 2+ years experience in operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent Experience in strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting, data analysis, or technical systems) and/or customer operations Experience handling unclear problems requiring strategic direction, analysis, and conceptual thinking Experience communicating with engineering and technical teams Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across stakeholders Willingness to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content Preferred Qualifications
MBA or graduate degree 3+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets, or similar tools to evaluate operational health Experience in a technology company or consulting firm About Meta

$34.62/hour to $109,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
