Recruitment & Growth:
Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new real estate agents. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential recruits through networking, events, and industry connections. Training & Development:
Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to new and existing agents. Ensure agents have the tools, resources, and knowledge to meet sales goals. Conduct workshops and training sessions on best practices, compliance, and sales strategies. Brokerage Management:
Support and monitor agent performance, offering guidance to help them achieve goals. Foster a positive and professional office culture focused on collaboration and growth. Ensure compliance with state real estate laws and company policies. Business Development:
Work with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies. Help strengthen the company’s reputation and brand within the market. Qualifications
Active real estate license (Broker or Salesperson with brokerage management experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales and/or management. Proven track record of recruiting, mentoring, and retaining real estate agents. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results. High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Compensation
Commission-based structure with
