to help lead its culinary team. This role partners closely with the Executive Chef and plays a key part in daily operations, staff development, and creative menu execution. It's a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership environment and enjoys the energy of seasonal resort hospitality. Responsibilities Oversee and support daily kitchen operations Supervise and mentor line cooks and prep staff Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and service flow Assist with menu development, specials, and seasonal planning Monitor food inventory, purchasing, and food cost Ensure kitchen cleanliness and regulatory compliance What We’re Looking For 3+ years hotel events experience a must Strong kitchen leadership and communication skills Culinary technique and food safety knowledge Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Schedule & Compensation Full-time role on Nantucket Island Benefits and
