The Role The Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing & Advocacy is a “creator whisperer.” They lead with strategic vision, know how to convert influence into impact, and love to build advocacy at scale. As owner of creator affiliate and advocacy efforts across multiple iconic brands, the Senior Manager will help draft the playbook for how our brands show up with creators, fans and affiliates in authentic, engaging and innovative ways. This role focuses on building affiliate programs that convert and advocacy movements that spark community love for our brands and products, driving cultural relevance and creator-powered revenue.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with deep experience managing creators at scale, optimizing affiliate partnerships and building advocacy communities that inspire brand love and measurable business results.
What You'll Do
Lead with vision: Build and own creator affiliate and advocacy strategies across multiple Gap Inc. brands, weaving all efforts into seasonal strategies and cross-functional amplification opportunities
Drive impact: Oversee planning, execution and optimization of affiliate and advocacy initiatives in support of brand and product priorities, delivering cultural relevance and ROI
Grow community: Cultivate meaningful creator and advocate relationships that build real brand love and loyalty
Spot what's next: Stay on top of platforms, tools and trends shaping the creator economy, bringing fresh ideas and formats
Collaborate: Partner with brand marketing, social, performance, legal, tech, product fulfillment and platform teams to integrate influence and advocacy into the bigger picture
Measure: Forecast, track, measure and report efforts for ongoing optimization and data-driven opportunities
Coach: Foster a creative and collaborative environment for career growth and development
Who You Are
6-8 years marketing experience with 4-5 years in social and influencer marketing
Experience managing teams with collaborative leadership and managing individual contributors
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Deep understanding of performance-driven influencer programs, affiliate platforms and creator partnership models
Proven ability to balance culture and commerce to deliver awareness and conversion
Strong analytical abilities with a track record of reporting and optimizing performance metrics
Thrives in a complex, matrixed environment and can drive meaningful change
Entrepreneurial mindset, able to turn ambiguity into action and infuse strategy across the enterprise
Preferred Experience
Experience in retail, fashion or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with creator management platforms (CreatorIQ or similar)
History collaborating with affiliate platforms like LTK and ShopMy
Location : This position can be based in New York City or Los Angeles.

Salary Range: $144,200 - $191,100 USD
Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
