Adobe is looking for an Account Director responsible for achieving sales targets through the sale of Adobe’s Digital Marketing product lines, working with Adobe’s largest customers in the Travel and Hospitality industry. The role involves developing long-term relationships, crafting strategic account plans, and using software solution selling capabilities with direct customer contact. Responsibilities include building relationships at all levels, especially with C-suite executives, guiding customers to start with Adobe solutions, and expanding the value from our solutions. This is a key role at a top technology company, requiring high energy, data-mindedness, inquisitiveness, and prior senior sales experience. What you’ll do Develop a strategic, multi-year vision and plan for your business, proactively achieving sales goals. Be an innovative problem solver, leading on complex issues to better serve customers. Communicate persuasively with customers to uncover solutions. Build strong relationships with executives (CIO, CTO, CMO, CDO). Identify and align on key business issues with customers. Demonstrate industry expertise and be a trusted advisor. Articulate Adobe’s value proposition and how our solutions meet customer needs. Lead collaboration within Adobe’s ecosystem and partners to drive outcomes. Manage large, complex sales processes involving multiple internal teams and external partners. Meet sales quotas and advance sales opportunities. Build and lead account plans, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of proven sales experience in solutions selling to marketing, IT, or lines of business in large enterprises. Ability to work effectively with teams and partner across Adobe’s functions. Strong understanding of digital experience technologies and SaaS in the Travel & Hospitality space. Proven sales excellence, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The U.S. pay range for this position is $256,000 - $422,600 annually, with variations based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation includes base salary, commissions, and potential long-term incentives such as equity.
