Overview Santander is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Technical Project Management. The incumbent is responsible to communicate observations to enterprise clients and plan to meet desired outcomes in a timely manner. The role includes creating, guiding and communicating project plans.

Responsibilities

Manages and implements internal or external construction projects or programs with a defined start and end.

Leads team members from various job families through a defined project life cycle.

Plans, develops, coordinates and assists with project activities through all project phases (e.g., project planning, execution, communication, financial management and issues/risk mitigation).

Allocates, obtains and manages resources and project management tools to achieve project objectives.

Creates and implements assessment processes to enforce timely completion of projects in accordance with standards and requirements.

Identify and implement continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent – Required.

3+ years in a same or similar role – Required.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, strong work ethic; highly organized with excellent time management; ability to multi-task and follow up on action items.

Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work with various levels within the organization; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience with product design and testing, customer service, and community management; ability to synthesize complex technical problems into key points.

Solid customer service skills and empathetic communication; ability to communicate effectively and appropriately.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage risks, estimate timelines, and coordinate with multiple teams; demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex systems.

Onsite field work may be required; ability to travel to job sites (may be out of state).

Certifications

PMP Project Management Professional – Preferred.

What Else You Need To Know The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range: Minimum $67,500.00 USD; Maximum $112,500.00 USD
