Overview The Senior HR Business Partner will support various groups in the organization. The Sr. HRBP acts as a consultant to management on HR-related issues such as employee relations, performance management, and talent management. The Senior HRBP serves as an employee champion and change agent while partnering with the HR Leadership Team and other leaders to support the overall strategic direction of the organization. The role emphasizes fostering a culture of engagement, talent development, and implementing HR solutions that enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities

Subject matter expert and resource for the business unit, providing strategic and hands-on HR policy and practice guidance.

Partner with management and employees to coach, facilitate problem-solving, and administer employee relations programs; provide counsel and ensure prompt investigation for legal-related matters, engaging appropriate legal counsel as needed.

Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Coordinate and monitor the performance management program to ensure alignment with policy guidelines and timely execution.

Research industry trends, legal developments, and best practices to create best-in-class HR practices.

Drive organizational development to improve processes, team dynamics, and overall effectiveness.

Design, administer, and analyze employee engagement surveys and translate results into actionable initiatives.

Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Design and implement leadership development initiatives to build leadership competencies and prepare high-potential employees for future roles.

Provide guidance on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning; partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing strategies.

Identify training needs and provide executive coaching as needed.

Provide guidance on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluation; support day-to-day performance management for line management.

Stay informed of changing business needs and anticipate HR issues with internal and external impact.

Develop programs to increase engagement, support change leadership, and enhance retention and process improvements.

Minimum Requirements

Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously under deadlines.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and make informed judgments.

Knowledge of federal and state regulations, compliance requirements, and filings.

High level of interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.

Leadership ability to select, lead, evaluate, and develop employees.

Adaptability to changing work environment and priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS (Workday).

Ability to engage employees and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.

Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational behavior.

Ability to work on both strategic and tactical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience / Skills This position requires at least 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience with emphasis in leadership development, talent management, HR strategy, and process improvement.

Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required. Master's degree preferred.

Certifications SPHR certification preferred.
