Overview

Senior Field Services Project Manager - PWR (Remote Eligible, U.S.) role at GE Vernova. This position provides full project ownership from ITO to OTR including the safe execution of complex projects involving reactor disassembly, reassembly, in-vessel maintenance and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, staffing, and safe execution of Outage Service projects at global customer sites, including project management, commercial execution, task leadership, technical direction, work control and supervision, and human performance. Responsibilities

Support the development of commercial proposals by providing project estimates on labor quantity, labor hours, tooling, and logistics. Provide project delivery planning leadership and rigor: transition planning, risk identification, risk mitigation, and contingency planning. Lead and coach multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams including GE and contingent personnel. Establish relationships with senior customer and supplier management on commercial, execution, technical and compliance issues. Support Product Line activities including proposal development, product development, growth initiatives, training development & implementation. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on reactor maintenance and in-vessel tooling operations. Demonstrate GE beliefs, integrity, nuclear safety and quality culture. Ensure high quality deliverables meet customer requirements, procedures and regulatory guidelines. Drive GEH processes across projects and ensure procedural compliance. Perform other assignments as needed. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum 4 years' experience in nuclear outage management/maintenance. OR High School Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 8 years of nuclear outage management/maintenance. Eligibility Requirements

Preferred work location is GEH Headquarters in Wilmington, NC; highly qualified US-based remote candidates may be considered. Role requires access to US export-controlled information; offers contingent on obtaining authorization. Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally. Ability and willingness to work 12-hour days, 7 days per week when delivering field projects. Desired Qualifications

Experience performing Refuel Floor outage activities at B&W-designed PWRs. Prior project management experience for nuclear refueling outages. Manipulator Crane Operator experience is a plus. Knowledge of nuclear power plant refueling activities, BWR/PWR vessels and components, Nuclear Steam Safety System (NSSS), Reactor Containment Building. Ability to manage effectively under high stress conditions. Proficient with MS Office and MS Project. Open communication style with ability to develop team relationships, including vendors and global teams. Well-organized, self-directed. Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range is $104,000 - $150,000. Offers may include bonuses or variable incentive compensation. Geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% in certain areas. Healthcare, retirement, and other benefits described by GE Vernova. Additional Information
