Overview Seeking a highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and hardworking Senior Postdoctoral Fellow or Staff Scientist to work on tumor immunology projects in a laboratory based at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, and member of the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center. The candidate should hold a PhD and must have strong background and experience in immunology, cell and molecular biology, and biochemistry. The research is focused on immunology of the tumor microenvironment, with emphasis on cell signaling, immunometabolism, and immune cell fate commitment.

Education and Experience Education: PhD in Biological Sciences and Immunology or related field

Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of three years of relevant research experience and publication record in the field.

Required expertise

Tissue culture (cell lines and primary cells)

Molecular Biology (PCR, cloning, CRISPR, RNA and DNA isolation, cell transfections etc.)

Basic immunology methods (cell isolation, immunophenotype and flow cytometry, cell culture etc.)

Biochemistry (protein chemistry, immunoprecipitation, western blot, etc.)

Proficiency in the operation of standard lab equipment and computer hardware and software

Proficiency in spoken and written English
