Overview
Digital Channel Specialist (Banking, Technical) — 100% Remote (with restrictions); No C2C. This corporate position may be located in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY. Entry rate for Kalispell, MT is $39.22+ per hour; WA locations (Wenatchee, Spokane) have different ranges. All compensation offers are analyzed individually based on location, experience, and education. The role supports the Digital Channels Manager, Product Managers, and Operations to develop and execute digital channel strategies across websites, digital applications, mobile apps, and online banking systems. Note : This position is governed by applicable laws and regulations and may require completion of online training courses with passing scores by due dates. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Digital Channels Manager, Product Managers, and Operations to develop and execute digital channel strategies that align with business goals. Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations from monitoring and analysis of digital channel performance to drive continuous improvement. Support the technical implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of digital platforms to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance. Coordinate smooth implementation of digital channel changes with Operational staff; document procedural changes and develop release and support documentation. Lead internal and external technical teams to research, troubleshoot, and resolve digital channel issues. Conduct regular reviews of digital channels and support requests to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies to drive innovation within the bank. Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on digital channel usage and best practices; identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and laws (including Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and OFAC). Complete assigned online training with passing scores by due date. Qualifications
Required Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems (IS), MIS, Information Technology, or related field. 5 years of experience in business application administration, digital channel management, software product management, or related role. Strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies (web analytics, content management, digital marketing, web/mobile apps). Experience with digital banking products and services (online/mobile banking, digital account/loan origination, payment processing). Knowledge of banking industry regulations and compliance standards (highly preferred). Candidate location: Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Washington, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, or Nevada. Benefits and Pay
Pay range: $96,000 - $117,000 per year. Eligible for annual short-term incentive bonus (target 20% of salary) and long-term incentive bonus (target 7.5% of salary in 401k).
