Position Overview

We\'re seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team in developing distributed, cutting-edge applied AI systems. This is a full-time position working directly with our engineering team and CTO to drive technical innovation and mentor mid-level and junior engineers.

What You\'ll Do

Contribute to the architecture and development of production-grade distributed computer vision systems Drive research initiatives and experimental design to advance our AI servicing systems Build scalable data processing pipelines for training and validation Provide technical guidance to junior team members

What We\'re Looking For

5+ years of professional experience developing computer vision systems Deep curiosity for all software and artificial intelligence related topics Expert-level Python programming and software architecture skills Strong system design and architecture skills Excellence in technical communication and documentation

Required Technical Skills

Expertise in prompt engineering and mature integration of modern AI-driven coding assistants in your development workflow Expertise in building scalable and distributed ML training and inference pipelines Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks Proficiency with version control and CI/CD practices Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed computing

Nice to Have

Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or quality control systems Understanding of industrial cameras, sensors, and imaging hardware Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma) Experience with real-time processing and edge computing constraints Experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, scikit-image)
