union environments . Position Summary
As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will provide strategic guidance on employee relations, union matters, and workplace policy. You’ll play a key role in investigations, policy interpretation, compliance coaching, and supporting grievance processes. This role also represents organizational interests with external agencies on HR matters. Key Responsibilities
Advise on employee relations and labor cases, including conflict resolution Conduct workplace investigations and policy reviews Support grievance handling and union engagement processes Provide guidance on evolving policies and legal changes (NLRA, FMLA, ADA, etc.) Track and report key employee relations metrics Partner with leadership to foster a fair and compliant workplace Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or Industrial Relations 3–5 years of employee relations or labor consulting experience Strong knowledge of
unionized work environments
and applicable labor laws Expertise in NLRA, FMLA, and ADA required Law degree or direct union experience is a plus Compensation
Anticipated salary range:
$80,000–$110,000 , commensurate with experience Benefits
