Manpower is hiring: Warehouse Fulfillment Associate in Knoxville

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, you will be part of the Fulfillment Department supporting the production and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay Range: $16.10 DOE

Shift: M-F , 8am- 4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Assist with picking, packing, and shipping products to customers
• Work in designated roles such as Product Picking, Packing, or Shipping
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain safety rules and procedures throughout your shift
• Operate warehouse machinery safely, including forklifts and scissor lifts

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED, or at least one year of relevant work experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Willingness to walk throughout a large facility and tolerate various environmental conditions
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
