Overview
Senior Property Manager Location: Palm Beach County A well-established commercial real estate firm in South Florida is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a premier Class A office property. This role requires a strong background in property operations, financial management, and tenant relations, along with proven leadership experience. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise building staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring top-quality maintenance and security Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports, annual budgets, and reconciliations Negotiate and manage vendor service contracts, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness Maintain strong tenant relationships and address lease obligations and operational needs Support construction and tenant improvement projects with hands-on oversight Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, management agreements, and ownership goals Qualifications
At least 5 years of commercial property management experience Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications (CPM, FMA, RPA) preferred Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Strong knowledge of lease administration, vendor contracts, and building operations Compensation
Base salary up to
