Sr. HR Business Partner
to champion our growing Renewables, Flexible Power, and Biogas business units across the US. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a company committed to innovation, safety, and sustainability. What You’ll Do
Strategic Partner: Align workforce strategies with operational goals, supporting ~200 staff across the US and field operations, corporate functions, and technical teams. Employee Champion: Serve as the go-to HR contact for employee relations, policy guidance, performance management, and more. Talent Driver: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives in partnership with our Talent Developer and Talent Acquisition teams. Change Agent: Support organizational change, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Compliance Leader: Ensure HR policies and practices meet all legal and regulatory requirements across multiple states. Collaborative Influencer: Work closely with our Center of Excellence teams: HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders to deliver seamless HR support and drive business objectives. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years of Human Resources, of which 5+ years as an HRBP preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels. Experience supporting multiple business units or a complex organization. Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and internet research. Deep knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations. Self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused. Information
