Overview

Marketing Manager role for EverPro, Remote, US/Canada. You will develop messaging, strategies and execute integrated multi-channel and cross-sell marketing campaigns targeting top-of-funnel performance for a portfolio of SaaS brands. You will report to the department lead and focus on revenue-generating initiatives, planning, executing, coordinating and reporting on campaigns to drive qualified leads for the Horizontal Solutions group. Responsibilities

Assess and identify growth opportunities for portfolio products and strategize marketing and sales programs that can be executed and measured Lead marketing content development that drives product adoption with retention and expansion benchmarks Develop and execute innovative marketing and cross-sell initiatives across the EverPro portfolio Plan, create, execute, and report on marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue for several solution organizations Strategically plan and manage trade shows and partner events, including booth collateral, attendees, speaking opportunities and event giveaways Analyze data to determine campaign and marketing spend efficiency; track performance of new programs, product launches and cross-sells to meet or exceed revenue goals and KPIs Manage creation of marketing assets such as website content, email content, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent professional experience 4-6 years of demand generation or product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B Proven accountability for lead generation, top-of-funnel growth, churn reduction, and revenue KPIs Experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets in a performance marketing environment Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and decision-making ability Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment and adapt to change in a high-growth business Strong data analysis and attention to detail Excellent project management and presentation skills Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, both in person and remotely Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms and Salesforce Bonus Points

Experience in Home Services and/or Franchise Industry Familiarity with CRM reporting (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Experience executing cross-sell marketing campaigns across multiple product lines Where

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. You may be set up in-office or work 100% remotely. You must be eligible to work without sponsorship. Some travel to Denver or other North American offices may be required. Benefits & Perks

The target base compensation for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed.
