Consulting - Technology Consultant - Cybersecurity - Identity Access Management (Manager) (1640032), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, San Francisco, CA. Full-time position. Responsibilities
Help clients gain insight and context to their complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments and assess, improve, and build infrastructure, processes and policies to meet IAM needs. Assist clients in aligning security management strategy with business goals by managing who has access to which resources and services, and enforcing business, privacy, and security policies. Support by strategic alliances with third-party vendors; provide broad services including strategy, assessment, testing, and implementation of IAM solutions. Perform assessments in areas such as current state, application access, capability maturity and benchmarking, IAM data analytics; develop IAM strategy and road maps including operating model, governance and IAM policies, procedures, and standards. Provide services including design and architecture, process design and re-engineering, cloud and mobile apps access management, and assessment of enforcement and administration implementations; elevated access management. Assist clients in the selection, implementation, and integration of IAM solutions, including SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA, and CIAM. Support the Identity and Access Governance team in IAM program management assistance, privileged access management, roles and rules management, and SOD management and other IAM compliance activities. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills; consistently deliver quality client services; maintain long-term client relationships and networks; cultivate business development opportunities. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data, Management Science, or related field with 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience; or Master’s degree with 4 years of related work experience. 4 years of experience in one or more of the following: Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO) and Federation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and adaptive authentication, RBAC, directory services, web access control solutions, and analysis of Segregation of Duties. 4 years of consulting experience in Cyber Security and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM). 2 years of experience presenting to executive-level client stakeholders. 2 years of experience managing teams of Cyber Security advisory/consulting professionals. Travel up to 70%, of which 20% may be international. What We Offer
