About the Role
The Company is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Operations. This pivotal leader will oversee the operations and financial performance of the business unit, focusing on achieving market leadership through operational excellence. You will play an essential role in enhancing clinical outcomes, driving patient satisfaction, and promoting teammate engagement.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading and empowering a large team, while fostering a culture of operational discipline and continuous improvement.
Acting as a senior executive contact for client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Pioneering commercial growth initiatives to expand our market reach.
To be considered, you must have:
A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in healthcare operations or multisite services.
A proven track record of full P&L responsibility.
A passion for patient-centered care coupled with strong financial acumen.
The capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Experience in value-based healthcare, employer-sponsored healthcare, or population health management is preferred.
